"Device Already Enrolled" Error When Pairing AppUpdated a year ago

If you receive an error similar to "Device Already Enrolled" when trying to pair the AutoSlide app to the system, it indicates the Bluetooth chip on the device was previously enrolled. This happens if the system was previously paired to a different account or the same account, or if the system was tested by our factory but not reset.

To resolve this issue, clear the cache of the Bluetooth chip by following the process below:

  1. Power off the system, and make sure DIP switch #6 is turned ON.
  2. Delete the door out of your app, if it's still appearing.
  3. Power the system back on.
  4. Once settled, press and hold down the Bluetooth Sync button until the light starts to flash multiple colors (red, green, blue, etc.). Immediately release the button.
  5. The unit should cycle, then after a few seconds the LED next to the Bluetooth Sync button should go solid white.

Proceed with pairing the app to the system like normal from this point. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and all permissions are enabled for the app.
