Changing System OwnershipUpdated a year ago

In certain cases, the account linked as the owner to an AutoSlide/MultiDrive/AutoSwing system may need to be changed. These cases include:

• Moving into a home with an app-enabled system and switching control from the old resident to the new resident
• Inability to access app account due to lost email and password

To do this,

1. Begin with the system powered on with DIP switch #6 ON to enable the app.
2. If possible, delete the door out of the old owner account. If this isn't available, proceed.
3. Remove the cover of the system to access the Bluetooth Sync button. Press and hold down the Bluetooth Sync button until the Bluetooth LED starts to flash multiple colors. Immediately release the Bluetooth Sync button.
4. The Bluetooth LED should turn solid white after a few seconds. If this isn't the case, repeat Step 3 until the white light appears.
5. Log into the new owner's account.
6. Proceed in the app to pair a new door controller.
7. When prompted, hold the phone near the system and press the Bluetooth Sync button.
8. Proceed with the app instructions to complete pairing the system to the app.
