Door Closes Fully Then Reopens By Itself

If, when activated, the AutoSlide/MultiDrive/AutoSwing opens, fully closes, then immediately reopens by itself, it indicates a calibration issue or sensor issue.

For AutoSlide systems, the motor wheel may be slipping on the track by a small amount every opening or every few openings. This is especially common on systems that experienced grinding issues when first installed. If the wheel is slipping, see here.
Power cycle the system and (once it settles) activate it to open the door. When the door is opening, ensure it isn't opening to point where it physically hits the doorstop (it should stop about 1/2" short). If it does hit the doorstop, the programmed opening width is too great. Reprogram the opening width to be shorter.
If the door has a tight weatherseal, turn on DIP switch #2 for Slam Shut (or increase the Closing End Force in the app, if connected). Power cycle the system and test. Ensure the door closes fully into the seal every time. Otherwise, a tight weatherseal can act as an obstruction (and activate the safety reversal). If the AutoSlide Standard is being used and has difficulty closing fully into the weatherseal, consider upgrading to an Elite.
This only applies to AutoSlide or MultiDrive systems mounted at the top. Power cycle the system and (once it settles) activate it to open and close the door. When it reaches fully closed, does the sliding panel significantly tilt? Does the top of the sliding panel close further than the bottom? If so, once the motor disengages, does the tilted panel seem to want to level itself, with the top of the sliding panel opening back up slightly? This could engage the open-assist and re-open the door. Reduce drag resistance at the bottom of the door (clean track, lubricate track, or raise sliding panel).
For AutoSwing systems mounted onto a swing door; power the system off and move the door halfway open. Then manually push the door closed at the top only to mimic the AutoSwing closing the door. Once the door is pushed as far closed as possible at the top, release all pressure and see if the door naturally opens back up slightly. If so, this could be triggering the open-assist feature to reopen the door. Consider using a maglock or electric strike to keep the door closed.
If microwave motion sensors or IR heat sensors are being used, ensure they are pointed away from the sliding panel enough so the sensor doesn't pick up the door's own movement. If needed, turn the sensors off and see if the issue persists.
