If the AutoSlide, MultiDrive, or AutoSwing normally keeps the door fully open, and when activated closes then reopens the door, it indicates the system is programmed in reverse.Power the system off, move the door halfway open, and power the system back on. If the door immediately starts to open, power off the system. This confirms the door was programmed in the incorrect direction.Reverse DIP switch #1, then power back on the system. It should now start to close the door. From here, the system should be oriented correctly.
