Door Cycles Endlessly During ProgrammingUpdated 8 days ago

If the door opens and closes repeatedly when programming the opening width of the door (by flipping DIP switch #1 back and forth or flipping DIP switch #3 on and off), it indicates either variable opening width or a communication error.

  • Make sure the door closes to the same position it started when programming.
  • Very tight weatherseals can act as obstructions, causing systems to not be able to fully close. Turn on DIP switch 2 to negate this, or if the app is connected then turn up the Door Closing Force.
  • If the door is heavy and takes force to open and close, ensure DIP switch #7 is turned on (or if the app is connected, turn up the Opening and Closing Force). If using a Standard system, and the door takes a high amount of force to open and close, consider upgrading to an Elite system.
  • Ensure the door itself is in good condition and slides smoothly.

If none of the above apply, please contact AutoSlide support directly.
