Door Isn't Fully Closing Into Weatherseal or Leaves Gap When ClosedUpdated 15 days ago

If, after programming and setup, the MultiDrive isn't fully closing the door into the weatherseal, try the below solutions:

• Ensure door isn't manually locked. This can block it from being able to close fully.
• Power off unit and manually open/close door to investigate any excessive friction.
• Clean door track and seal area of any debris, and lubricate with a silicone or aluminum lubricant.
• Raise up door panel to reduce drag resistance.
• Turn on DIP switch #2 to increase starting power in the motor
• Turn on DIP switch #7 to increase power to the motor throughout the open/close cycle.
• If the app is connected, turn up Closing End Force in the AutoSlide app. Closing Force can also be turned up, though this plays less of a role.
