Both Wall Buttons Trigger Inside or Outside Sensor
Each wall button can be set to activate either Inside or Outside Sensor. Open the wall button and locate the internal sensor channel switch. Configure the switch as needed.
Door Isn't Fully Closing Into Weatherseal or Leaves Gap When Closed
If, after programming and setup, the MultiDrive isn't fully closing the door into the weatherseal, try the below solutions:
Stacking Doors Slam Open in Green/Red/Pet Mode
Remove the unit cover. Place the unit in Green Mode. Power the system off and back on. Once the door is closed, reprogram the opening width by flipping DIP switch #1 back and forth. When just the first sliding panel opens, brace the door.
Door Doesn't Open to Correct Width After Programming
Remove the unit cover. Power the system off and back on. Once the door is closed, reprogram the opening width by flipping DIP switch #1 back and forth, or (if the app is connected) press "Door" in the Door Learn section of the app.
Door Only Opens Partially, Reopens After Every Close
If the system, when activated, only partially opens the door and reopens itself after closing, it could indicate the system has last calibration. Power cycle the system to reset the unit's closed position. Ensure the belt isn't too tight or too loose
Door Only Opens Partially, or Opens Fully but Closes Partially
Power the unit off. Manually slowly open and close the door, feeling for areas of high resistance. Ensure the door track is clean and use a broom to sweep any dust/dirt in the track. Check door rollers to ensure no hardware is damaged. Power unit
Door Opens/Closes Very Slowly
The system may require more strength to operate the door. Turn on DIP switch #7 or turn up the Opening and Closing Force in the AutoSlide app. The drag of the door can also be reduced by lubricating the door hardware and keeping it clear of debris.
When Programming Stacker Mode, Door Doesn't Open Fully
Immediately after starting the Stacker programming process, assist the unit with opening and closing the doors. If it is a telescopic door, try to move the secondary panels so that the motor only slides the active (lead) panel.
Door Opens At Random
If the door opens at random, it could signify a falsely tripping sensor, signal interference, or a calibration issue. Remove unit cover. Unpair all wireless sensors/remotes, then pair each back one by one to determine which sensor is falsely tripping
Hardwiring Your MultiDrive System
The MultiDrive system runs off 24 volts DC and has a max current pull of 2.7 amps. The required power transformer is included with the MultiDrive hardware and converts a higher voltage, either 110 or 220, into a lower voltage. The grounded cable that
