If your MultiDrive is installed onto a telescopic multipanel door, and when activated it very quickly stacks open all of the panels, it indicates that the Human Opening Width has been incorrectly set to the full opening width.Remove the unit cover. Place the unit in Green Mode. Power the system off and back on. Once the door is closed, reprogram the opening width by flipping DIP switch #1 back and forth or by pressing &quot;Door&quot; in the Door Learn section in the AutoSlide app.
When just the first sliding panel opens, brace the door to keep it from opening any further (or press &quot;Door&quot; in the Door Learn section in the AutoSlide app again).
