Door Only Opens Partially, Reopens After Every CloseUpdated 2 years ago

If the system, when activated, only partially opens the door and reopens itself after closing, it could indicate the system has last calibration.

Power cycle the system to reset the unit's closed position. Ensure the belt isn't too tight to the point where it's bending the motor axel and binding the system, but still tight enough where the belt isn't slacking or slipping. Adjust/loosen belt tension as needed.

Power the system back on, and reprogram the opening width:

• Flip DIP switch #1 back and forth to program a single panel opening width
• If the app is connected, navigate to Door Learn in the door settings and tap on Door. When the door has opened one panel, tap on Door again. If you have a telescopic door, do not allow the system to open past a single panel open.
