Door Doesn't Move When Turned OnUpdated 2 months ago

If you power on the AutoSlide with the door halfway open and the door doesn't move, check the mode lights on the front.

• Do all of the mode lights flash continuously?
• Do the lights flash, then only a single mode light turn on (such as a single solid green, blue, red, or yellow light)?
• Do no lights turn on at all? Note that in older systems, the Green Mode LED can dim over time and might only be seen in the dark or low-light environments.
