Integrating My System With 3rd Party Devices

Currently, the AutoSlide, MultiDrive, and AutoSwing can be natively integrated with Alexa, Siri, and Yale/August. To integrate a third party device to activate the system, it is recommended to wire in a relay switch or use the RS485 input.

Physical Obstruction With Sliding Door

If there appears to be a physical obstruction to the door while it is opening, immediately power the AutoSlide off. Manually close the door fully. Open and close the door repeatedly to determine the source of the resistance.

Sliding Panel Tilts When Open During Programming

If, when programming human, pet, or stacker opening width, the door opens fully then tilts (with the top edge of the sliding panel opening further than the bottom edge of the sliding panel), it can cause significant calibration issues.

Normally Open, When Activated Closes then Reopens

If the AutoSlide normally keeps the door fully open, and when activated closes then opens the door, it indicates the system is programmed in reverse.
